PRX – Collimated UV Light Sources

MPRXTamarack Scientific has been an industry-respected source of collimated UV light lamp houses since 1978. Tamarack’s PRX Collimated UV Light sources provide collimated light that is ideal for R&D lab applications, or as OEM parts for full production products.

Key features and benefits of the PRX include:

  • up to  600x600mm collimated light beam
  • uniformity of +/- 6%
  • table top system or free-standing dependent on exposure size
  • available in 1 k W, 2 k W or 8kW lamp configurations
  • no auxiliary cooling required
  • UV integrated exposure controller and/or shutter timer supplies the precise amount of energy for each photoresist requirement
  • output spectrum wavelength of 280-450nm
  • superior output power (for example, assuming a 305x305mm illumination area: Intensity: > 35 mW/cm² at broadband (350–450nm); > 21 mW/cm² at 365 nm)
  • optional CE marking
